What to expect...
We'll start with a casual chat where we'll go over your history with movement, any injuries or ailments you're dealing with, but also your goals and what you're aiming to get out of our time together. We'll get to know each other better and decide if we're a good fit.
From there, we'll schedule our first movement session where I'll assess where you are at in your mobility, stability, and strength level. We'll discuss what type of program would best meet your needs.

What will programming look like?
Depends on your individual needs but I have a background in Pilates and barre, so I believe in low impact, purposeful movement that creates a stable and strong body. We will also incorporate other methods of fitness and weights can be incorporated once suitable.
Sessions will be 45-60 min & start with mobility work on the area of the body we are focusing on that day (ex: foam rolling/stretches). That will be followed by stability/coordination exercises to warm-up the body. From there, we'll move into our circuits of movement.
I'll be there every step of the way to make sure your experience is safe, effective, but also enjoyable!
